Location: the hotel was just off very well kept gardens as well as Volterra, Siena, Pisa, Lucca and Florence.

The place was fairly clean, I booked the double room with courtyard views, everything was perfect. The restaurant was good which was serving dinner here, I had appetising dishes.

Well-maintained hotel in a stunning position in the inner square outside. Free parking onsite provided. The pool area was lovely too.

They provided a large breakfast with juice and Ham, for instance. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helped me with free parking. Thoroughly enjoyed the location in the inner square outside. Val d'Elsa district was worth staying in.

The service at this hotel was impeccable, with friendly and kind staff who went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The location was perfect for exploring the surrounding Tuscan towns, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.
One drawback was the noise levels in the rooms, particularly on the ground floor/main floor. We could hear everything from the floor above and the restaurant downstairs, which made for a less peaceful stay.

The hotel is more like a resort, with a big relaxing garden and pool. The accommodations are good, but nothing luxury. The restaurant is also good. It is placed in a beautiful road to San Giminiano, but you must have car to stay there.
By the pictures I looked at the site, I expected more of a castle and cosy felling, but not. Some extra charm would be nice too...

Beautiful Tuscan Villa. So relaxed. Surroundings are spectacular and the food in the restaurant is amazing. The free bus service to San Gimingano was great. The staff are great, cant fault this hotel.

The location was exceptionally nice: a shopping mall and supermarkets were within walking distance. The restaurant was particularly good at good price here, I had fine dishes.

The location of the hotel was excellent, surrounded by beautiful Tuscany views. It was also conveniently close to a key city in the region. The breakfast buffet was large and offered a variety of options. Additionally, the shuttle service provided was a great advantage for exploring the nearby attractions.
The swimming pool could get quite busy, especially with families and children. It would have been better if it was less crowded.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, close to the San Gimignano city centre. It offers rooms with a terrace, which provide a great view of the surrounding scenery. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service.

The location is perfect between San Gimignano, Volterra and other interesting cities. Siena is not too far either.
The hotel is really a family hotel. very much children and rahter loud. the rooms are not too well isolated and you can hear everything your neighbour does.
